Gym in Figueira da Foz: CrossFit, HYROX and drop-in classes

Visiting Figueira da Foz and looking for somewhere to train? Revolution Fitness is a coached gym in Buarcos, a few minutes from the beach, with CrossFit, HYROX, Olympic weightlifting and functional training. Every class has a coach on the floor, and visitors are welcome for a single drop-in session or for a whole week.

What you can train here

• CrossFit. An affiliated CrossFit box, with group classes for every level. Movements are scaled to you, whether it is your first class or your thousandth.
• HYROX. The only HYROX Official Gym in Figueira da Foz, with all eight stations and official equipment: SkiErg, sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.
• Olympic weightlifting. Snatch and clean and jerk, technique first and load second, coached in small groups.
• Functional training and Functional Bodybuilding. Strength and muscle without losing mobility, for people who want to train hard and move well.
• Longevity. Lower-intensity sessions built around mobility, strength and independence, for members who want to keep training for decades.
• CrossFit Kids. Classes for children and teenagers, with coordination, strength and healthy habits.

Drop-in classes for visitors

A single class costs 15 € for non-members, paid at the front desk. Pick any class on the timetable, send us a WhatsApp message with the day and time you would like to come, and we will book you in. If you are staying for a while, ask about a week of training.

The space

1000 m2, with more than 700 m2 dedicated to training, three training areas, an Open Gym, a Kids Zone, 20 ergometers and locker rooms renovated in 2026. We are family friendly and dog friendly, and our members are between 5 and 89 years old.
