IV: PAYMENTS, MONTHLY FEES OR CLASS PACKS, ACCESS AND SERVICES, PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND CAR PARK

Article 6 (Payments, Monthly Fees or Packs and access to classes)

  1. Monthly fees and class packs have no mandatory renewals and are subject to possible annual price updates.
  2. Members can only book classes when their annual insurance is up to date and the corresponding monthly fee or class pack is paid and current.
  3. Booking classes is mandatory. The management, coaches and receptionist(s) reserve the right to refuse the client access to any class that has not been booked.
  4. Members can book classes through the Regibox app up to one minute before the class start time.
  5. If booking a class is not possible for any reason, the client should contact customer services to clarify the reason by one of the following means:
  6. If the class was already full, it can be booked at the front desk after it has started, on a waiting-list basis.
  7. If you don't show up or are at least 5 minutes late for a booked class, the spot will be opened to clients on the waiting list booking at the front desk.
  8. The Waiting List works through booking in the Regibox app, on a first-come, first-served basis or by expressing the intention to attend a full class, through any of the channels in point no. 5.
  9. The management, coaches and receptionist(s) reserve the right to accept more clients than the number of available spots, under conditions assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  10. If a member misses two classes within the last 7 consecutive days, they can keep booking classes, but for the following 7 days only up to one hour before the chosen class.
  11. If a member cancels their place in three classes within the last 7 consecutive days, they may continue to book classes; however, for the following 7 days, only up to one hour before the intended class.
  12. Athlete lateness is tolerated when it does not exceed 5 (five) minutes and/or does not disrupt the smooth running and management of the class by the Coach. Once the 5 (five) minutes of tolerance have passed, the Coach has the final say on whether to allow the athlete to take part in the class. This decision is made case by case, based on the Coach's technical and scientific knowledge regarding the athlete's safety when their warm-up has been compromised.
  13. Interruptions or absences during the class should be strongly avoided, as they negatively affect its smooth running. One-off and exceptional situations must always be communicated to and discussed with the Coach responsible for the class, and absences (even short or momentary ones) must always be communicated so that the Coach can check on the athlete's wellbeing where applicable.

Article 7 (Payment Methods)

  1. On registration, you pay the monthly fee for the first month of attendance or the full class pack, plus the registration fee set out in the price list, plus the annual insurance.
  2. The first payment can be made by Multibanco, Multibanco reference or cash.
  3. All recurring payments will be made by direct debit, except in exceptional situations duly authorised by the management.
  4. If a direct debit payment is returned unpaid for reasons attributable to the member, the management may apply a 5 € fee to request that direct debit collection again or to collect it at the front desk.
  5. New payment methods may be introduced.

  1. Members may suspend their membership in the following cases:
    • Health reasons, provided they are duly justified by a medical certificate;

  3. Any request to suspend or cancel a membership must be made in writing to Revolution Fitness, preferably by email to geral@revolutionfitness.pt, with 30 days' notice. In the case of a suspension, it must be accompanied by a supporting document proving the situation stated.
  4. Cancelling the Direct Debit is the member's responsibility, through their own bank account. Revolution Fitness has no obligation or responsibility either to cancel debits or to reimburse the member for any monthly fees they did not use due to absence, regardless of the reason for it.
  5. Likewise, no monthly fees or packs already paid will be refunded, in whole or in part, due to any withdrawal or failure to meet the deadline set out in point 3 above.
  6. Refunds of monthly fees already charged will only be allowed in the cases, terms and conditions set out in the legislation in force at the time.
  7. Failure to pay for any monthly, daily or one-off service, regardless of the payment method chosen, necessarily and immediately entails the loss of the right to book classes or other activities independently.
  8. A Direct Debit not collected for reasons beyond Revolution Fitness's control and attributable to the client may be subject to a 5 € surcharge for each rejected debit.
